Shipping Methods
We always try to find the best shipping service for the best price. Depending on the destination, deadline for delivery and quantity of products ordered, we use courier services like DHL (worldwide), Kerry Express (Asia) and Thai Post (worldwide).
If you have a preference about shipping services, we would be happy to try to accommodate.
Returns & Exchanges
We always do quality control before shipping any products to you. However sometimes items may be damaged during transit. If you receive a defective/damaged item, please contact us with a photo and details of the defect within 14 days of the original shipping date.
Once we receive the photo, we will inform you within 1-3 business days if we are able to provide a refund or product replacement. If we provide a refund or product replacement, we will do so using the original method of payment.
